Effective Teaching Partners
This system allows teachers to collaborate, and learn from one another. I am currently working along side my mentor, where we are currently using PAT data from mathematics and reading and E-asTTle writing data. Every alternate week my ETP buddy observe how I use assessment data where there is a greater need. Feedforward and feedback is also given.
